2007: “I have a 2007 chevy avalanche in flawless and well care for condition with 2 cracks on the airbag side and 2 on the driver side above the steering wheel. I view this as safety related in the event of a crash and didn't want the dash exploding into bits and injuring my family. Dash that are cracked in places around the passenger airbag can become flying projectiles in the event of an accident where the passenger or side impact airbag deploy. A large percent of the cracks are reported to happen to the top left corner of the airbag with mine now having a piece to break away falling in the dash. …”
