“1. The failed component was the panoramic sunroof glass. The glass spontaneously shattered and blew inward into the cabin while the vehicle was in normal operation. Yes — the vehicle and the remaining glass fragments are available for inspection upon request. 2.How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? The failure created an immediate and severe safety hazard. When the sunroof exploded inward, sharp glass fragments fell directly onto the driver and all passengers, including their heads, faces, and upper bodies. …”
