The vehicle was taken to a mechanic for diagnostic testing, but was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 104,000.”

The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer and the dealer performed a diagnostic test, but was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The contact called the manufacturer and the manufacturer advised that they would assign a service advisor to the vehicle. The failure mileage was 120,000.”
