Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Power door locks will unlock repeatedly without any action from the passengers. This happens when the car is moving and when it is unoccupied. This condition has caused alarm to sound falsely. Previously, the drivers side lock would not unlock any of the doors when trying to exit the car. From NHTSA's data and other auto websites it appears that this is a consistent safety problem with these cars.”
