Once I hit a bump it goes out completely until I turn off the car and restart. As of today 1/01/2011 it has been out for 2 days. I will be taking it in to have the dealer give me a deep pocket massage(quote). I can not continue to drive with one headlight. Unless Acura accepts responsibility for the manufacture defect I will have to pay. Please review all other complaints and understand that this is not a cheap fix. Thank you.”

Car has 141,000 on it and was near 50,000 when purchased (aspec package etc). Car has developed cracks in the dashboard from the windshield to the instrument panel, across the center speaker and now directly on the indentation where the airbag is located on the passenger side. Reached out to Acura for assistance ((attached)) and they said the car is too old and outside warranty to help me. …”

NHTSA complaint #11367013, filed 2020-10“No accident - noticed on or about 12-26-2008 that passenger side headlight, when on, displaying a purple like tint- low-beam. 12-29-2008, bulb/light system failed. Dealer - 12/31/2008 states igniter, inverter and possible bulb failed. Repair 1000.00 plus. Inverter and igniter 700.00 + without bulb. Bulb 200.00 +. This is a very expensive repair for a 3-4 year old dealer only vehicle parts service.”
