The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V539000 (BACK OVER PREVENTION); as the possible cause for the failure. The failure mileage was 49,000.”

The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact referenced an unknown related recall; however, the VIN was not associated with a recall. …”
