“The vehicle experiences a notched (hitching), sticky resistance at dead-center when driving over 55 MPH. It requires noticeable physical effort to break past the sticking point to both the left and right, causing jerky micro-corrections. Please check for any available reprograms or flashes for the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM), and check the electronic torque sensor calibration or replacement of steering rack and pinion. This is a safety issue.”
