Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“At 1,578 miles, my 2025 Buick Envision would not start in my garage and had to be towed to the dealer. The check-engine light was on. The dealer tore down the engine and found a spun No. 1 main bearing. GM replaced the complete engine under warranty. The vehicle remained at the dealership from November 10, 2025, through January 6, 2026, totaling 57 days. A similar engine failure while driving could cause an unexpected loss of power. I do not have the failed engine; its current location is unknown.”
