The contact stated that the driver's side front seat belt cable mount had detached while attempting to use the seat belt. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.”

The failure mileage was not available.”
