“While driving at highway speeds a vehicle started to back out of a driveway. When I attempted to honk my horn, it would not work. This created a very hazardous condition for me and the occupants of the car! I have checked both the fuse and the horn relay and find no defects. The horn works only intermittently at best and is not reliable in a dangerous situation.”
