“The contact owns a 2005 Buick Lesabre. While driving 3 MPH, the vehicle suddenly stalled without warning. The vehicle was able to be restarted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 47,800.”

The contact stated that while driving various speeds, the vehicle began to exhibit hesitation and a severe vibration. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the motor mount and gasket were replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 48,000. ...updated 12-24-13 the lower intake gasket was faulty and leaking oil and coolant. The technician also found the plastic upper intake plenum warped and leaking coolant into the lower intake manifold causing the engine to misfire. Updated 12/31/13”
