“While the vehicle was parked both frontal driver's side and passenger side air bags deployed. No injuries reported. Consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic could not duplicate the problem. The air bag hit the consumer in the face.”
NHTSA complaint #10084058, filed 2004-09“While consumer's vehicle stopped at a traffic light it was rear ended by another vehicle, causing consumer's vehicle to rear end the vehicle in front. Upon impact, both frontal air bags did not deploy, and seat belt failed. Driver sustained injuries.”
