“Engine cradle/frame is severely degrading structurally due to the northern states practices of salting/sanding roads during the winter months. The integrity of the sub-frame steel structure is such that normal use of the vehicle, its suspension, steering and drive train stability has been compromised. NHTSA complaint #11394275, filed 2021-02, 131,000 miles

“Various check engine codes became present. Dealership repaired items dealing with codes, but codes would later reappear. Found that the front engine mount was broken. Engine was moving around in engine compartment, disturbing the electrical harness connections and bumping and damaging parts. This was an expensive repair process, because access to engine mount is complicated. We are still shaking down the engine in finding additional parts that were damaged.”
