“I have a 2005 chevy avalanche that I am the original owner and have recently had a problem with the speedometer not working correctly. Some days it works fine and other days it doesn't work or the speed is all over the place. I have heard this has been an issue on previous year models and GM has not done a recall. No one can tell me exactly what the problem is and I don't want to waste money trying to figure it out. This is obviously a problem GM has known about and will not address. This is also a safety issue that GM needs to rectify asap! …”

“Speedometer is not working and due to research on internet it is a common problem with this make and model vehicle. Dealer will not rectify problem as a recall.”
