  Reported issue: Fuel tank lower filler pipe may contain small holes at some spot welds used to attach a mounting bracket.

  Possible consequence: Fuel could leak from the pipe during refueling orturning and spill fuel in excess of amount prescribed by fmvss 301.

  Remedy: Replace fuel tank lower filler pipe.
