“I just bought this van used and the owner told me she never took it in to have recalls 90v074000 and 91v040000 done. I have this van at the turner Chevrolet, montrose, co and they say the VIN is invalid but the local title and car fax says it is? I did a transliteration and the 9th digit didnt match the remainder so thus is invalid. I need to have the recall work done!”
