“I own a 2007 Kodiak pickup conversion with hydraulic brakes. After a heavy rain, I noticed water coming from the area of the brake actuator rod at the firewall. No failure has ensued, but I was unable to determine if this was a primary brake problem or a problem with the windshield seal. Eventually the corrosion or moisture in the passenger foot well will create a safety problem.”

“I took delivery of a new c4500 Kodiak crew cab with 0.7 miles. I first noticed a loud wind-howl coming from the right rear passenger door. “I took delivery of a new c4500 Kodiak 169 wheelbase with 0.7 miles at monroe truck equipments flint location. It was dusk. Upon entering the highway, I noticed that the headlights were aimed only about 13 feet in front of the cab and that the lighting was very dim. I stopped at the first rest-area to find that the drivers headlight (sealed beam) was not functional. I was forced to complete my journey with the highbeams on. The vehicle was brand new. Upon replacing the headlight at my first opportunity, I noticed that the aiming mechanism, springs, were all severely corroded. …”
