“Takata recall the security system locked up and the ingnition won't turn over so the car refuses to start. This all happened when I put it in neutral and it just shutoff. Then refuses to start.the car was technically stationary, my foot was in the brake while it was in neutral. We were about to turn into a church parking lot when it stalled out and would not come back on.”

NHTSA complaint #10734971, filed 2015-07, 173,000 miles“Power steering was fixed 2 years ago due to recall. Now the car is doing the same thing, but worse now. Losing power steering multiple times throughout driving (one trip). Gm refuses to fix it again. I think it's unfair for them not to fix what is their fault. I constantly have to pull over & cut the car off & crank it back up, only for it to keep doing the same thing. It happens every 4 miles. This is ridiculous!!!!”

T I was at risk of being hit by other cars. While waiting for roadside assist I was helped by the ct DOT and avon pd. This was a harrowing, dangerous, and stressful experience for me. …”
NHTSA complaint #10625758, filed 2014-08, 69,000 miles“I have had problems with my power steering over the years. But this was the worst it has ever been. I was driving 55 MPH on the highway. The roads were clear on this spring day. My traction control, brake light and check engine light came on. Then the power steering was chiming and the alert came on for that which effected my power steering. The instrument cluster was flashing on and off along with the gauges not working correctly. Then the instrument cluster went completely out. So the instrument cluster was replaced. A couple of weeks later, this all repeated again. …”
