“The onstar system shocked my husband. The car won't start sometimes. The dash board reads different things when attempting to start car. The vehicle was parked in the yard with nothing plugged up to drain the battery.”

NHTSA complaint #11394318, filed 2021-02, 46,407 miles

“While picking my kids up from school my car suddenly lost braking ability and I heard a weird noise under the hood. Like it needed an oil change. Tension from the brakes and couldn’t stop when tried. Definitely gained anxiety from this event. I did get the part replaced however I’m concerned for the engine and any possible damage that may have been caused. I still have the original part to the vehicle as well.”
