“On the morning of april 07 2016 my son was driving my wife to work on highway when they heard a loud pop, made his way through traffic to side of road. His 2015 chevy Sonic which we bought for him last august 2015 with about 12,000 miles on it had a blown rear passenger hanook tire. He contact our local dealer about the issue. And was told you have no warranty coverage in our system , he tried to tell them, but was rudely told well if your parents had purchased or has a tire warranty we could help you . …”
