“2007 trail blazer. When cruising at highway speeds the front end starts to shake violently and will coninue until the vehicle is brought to a stop. Then it will not do it again for as many as several hundred miles.”
NHTSA complaint #10234588, filed 2008-07, 37,000 miles“(1) purchased a new 2007 Chevrolet trailblazer on nov. 30,2006. Less that 1200 miles on it before wife took it on the interstate. (2) two light came on control panel and the vehicle went out of control. She had extreme difficulty regaining control of the steering and braking. After turning off the ignition and restarting the vehicle and the lights went off. On her return trip home it again did the same thing, however, she only drove about 40 MPH until she could get home. (3)vehicle taken to Chevrolet service and diagnosed that there is two faulty circuits. …”
NHTSA complaint #10180775, filed 2007-01, 1,270 miles“Usually when you are driving at highway speeds 55mph - 60 MPH after approximately 15 minutes the steering wheel and whole front end start shaking really bad. It will last until you stop and then it will not do it again for 3 or 4 days and then it will do it again. If you try to brake during this occurrences the whole vehicle shakes even worse. Brought back to dealer (2) twice they could not verify problem.”
