2016 Chrysler 300C Technical Service Bulletins

135 technical service bulletins (TSBs) are on record for the 2016 Chrysler 300C. TSBs are notes manufacturers send to dealers about repair procedures for issues seen in the field. They are not recalls and do not by themselves mean a vehicle has a fault.

Cam Phasers, Oil Control Valve For Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) issues related to 2012-2017 3.6L Pentastar engines, please note that there is a new diagnostic procedure available in DealerCONNECT for P-codes in relationship to cam phasers. Please use this new information for trouble shooting of cam phasers and oil control valves for MIL on issues.

Visual Inspection--> Check if the sensor is visually OK. (all the pins are OK) Check that the Connector is NOT loose (Sensor must get a voltage from 9V to 16V) 2. Functional Checks Rain--> Steering column switch is in auto mode (sensor is active) it is necessary to splash water on the sensitive surface of the sensor to trigger wipes.

Make sure to check wiring and connectors. P2122 and P2127 will set if accelerator pedal connector is disconnected during diagnosis. Make sure codes are active before replacing pedal. DTC P2299 is usually caused by a two footed driver and accelerator pedal should not be replaced for this fault.
