“Safety issue!! Heated seat drivers side stopped working, other electrical components started malfunctioning brought in for service, dealer made diagnostic check, we were told heated seat circuit shorted and showed burn marks. Not replaced too costly called Chrysler customer service was told by senior supervisor they could not help us. Our concerns are safety issues not only cost. Asked senior customer service if other heated seat should be used and was told she could not advice us what to do that would be up to us and the service tech to decide.”

It used to ding (like when the lights are turned on and you take the key out of the ignition, that annoying ding ) constantly. I couldn't get it to stop. The I was told by the 5-star service technicians that it was an internal electrical problem but they could replace the stereo with another one at the tune of $450 plus $50 for labor. …”
