Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Drivers side rear window would not go down. There was water in the front and rear floor on the drivers side. The dealer had to replace the motor on the window because the drainage hole was not big enough to allow the water to drain out and there were gallons of water being retained in the rear panel of the vehicle. I was told that this was a recall item in other years but not in mine and that it had too many miles for Chrysler to do anything. I feel if the design was not poor the water would have drained out and I would not have had to pay $314 for a new motor on the window.”
