“Ball joint and ball stud, separated and broken, causing loss of control of vehicle. This occured on the passenger front side. Vehicle was in motion. Back side also has become extremely loose and grinding, advised it also will separate and break, causing an accident and loss of control of vehicle. It happened at the same time the passenger front side broke down. The vehicle was not and has not been in a passenger side accident.”
