“While driving approximately 65 MPH (designated speed limit) hwy 99 northbound in manteca ca, my husband and child were in a vehilce accident. A wheel came off a fifth wheel flat bed trailer, the wheel (rim and tire) hit the bumper of the car, landed on the hood, and then smashed through the window. The airbags did not deploy. Glass was thrown throughout the car.”
