“Headlight plugs melted, causing the headlights not to operate. Consumer replaced the plugs, and a service bulletin recommended that consumer can change the type of phillips bulbs used because it could be causing the problem. Dealer won't repair damage, replace bulbs or take responsibility for the failure of the plugs.”

Dealer has indicated that problem occurs due to battery which has been replaced, but the problem continues. .
