NHTSA complaint #11396837, filed 2021-02, 56,200 miles

“This car has been a complete nightmare, and the worst car I have ever owned. When I first bought it was taken to the shop within the first month and they replaced the oil sending unit, then this year when driving at highway speed and when accelerating with the RPM going above 3 the car would loose power. I took it to the shop again and they didn't fix it but updated the transmission which resolved the problem for a little while. Well today the transmission started again doing the same thing. I will have to take this car back into the shop. …”

NHTSA complaint #10934943, filed 2016-12, 60,250 miles

“I was driving down the road at 50 miles per hour when my car suddenly died. I figured it was due to the alternator recall. After getting the car to the dealership they are saying there is water in the intake and I must have driven through high water. This car has never been through high water. I have read online that this has happened to other 2013 Dodge challengers. This seems to be an ongoing issue. It could have caused a major accident. How can water get into a motor for no reason and cause it to die as you are driving? …”
