“My 2010 Dodge charger was under recall for timing chain and chain guide tensioner. We took it to a licensed garage that's been in business for many years. They said they ordered the biggest timing chain. It lasted 6 months. We were 7 hours from home on our wedding anniversary vacation. When the chain broke we were driving so there was extensive damage to the engine. The garage said we needed a new engine. It's been in the shop for over a month because they cannot find an engine that works to their satisfaction. So, my car is only 7 yrs old and now I don't trust it. …”
