I called chrysler customer care and was told it is my expense. But when I took it to a chrysler dealership u was told by the tech on duty it was s known problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11386254, filed 2021-01, 38,950 miles

“This is the second 2018 Charger 392 ive had. The issue is the uconnect system will attempt to connect to my phone when the car has been fully turned off. If it connects succesfully the radio will start up by itself and drain my cars battery. On my original 2018 Charger it killed the battery completely. On this new one I keep correcting the issue by disconnecting my phone going back to the car and cycling the power to return it off. This happens frequently.”
