“This is the 5th time that I have experienced the same problem. The last time I was almost in an accident. After the first start of the day, the car shuts off while driving. It has happened a total of 6 times. I have taken my car to pep boys and the dealership. Pep boys is unable to find any problems as the car has to mim*ics the problem and the dealer was noncompliant.”

“Vehicle in motion. Clutch stuck to floor on highway. Almost hit another vehicle because of the malfunction. Took to a repair facility where they said it is a very common problem with darts. I am now having the whole clutch system replaced and they just called me to tell me the flywheel etc is very bad.”

“Purchased car new jan 2017. On 3/3/19 at approx. 18 MPH while attempting a left turn in to our neighborhood I heard a loud pop and car jerked to the left hitting a curb. Upon visual inspection of the car it appeared that the axle popped out of joint and control arm broke in two. Because of this two parts malfunctioning the car hit the curb, cracking the wheel and causing body damage to the vehicle.”
