“Consumer was traveling about 25mph on highway and without prior warning another vehicle veered into consumer's vehicle. Upon impact, airbags did not deploy. Dealership was aware of problem. While consumer was trying to turn, the wheel locked and a hit pole and building. During the accident the air bag failed to deploy and the consumer had face and chest injuries.”
