“When turning into a driveway there was a snapping sound in the steering column and I could feel it in the steering wheel. The air bag light went on and later we found out there was no cruise control. I am familiar with people who work in auto body so I called him as we were out of state. He told me to pull the fuse on the airbags because they could accidentally go off. I called a Dodge dealer in the area and he said it needed to be fixed immediately so the airbag did not go off accidentally. …”

“The air bag system in my Dodge has failed four times since march/april 2007. It has been repaired 3 times. Each time for a different reason. The car has less than 34,000 miles on it and has never been involved in an accident or damaged in any way. This will be the fourth service call for an air bag alarm.”

“My airbag light is remaining on, the horn is not working, and cruise control doesn't work and from it is my belief, that my vehicle has same clockspring problem that chrysler had with some of its 1996-98 minivans. I believe the horn and air bag are safety items and should be repaired. I wrote to daimler/chrysler and got this response: thank you for your recent email to daimlerchrysler motors regarding your 2003 Dodge Intrepid. A review of our records indicates that your vehicle does not currently require service for any recall campaigns issued by daimlerchrysler. …”
