“I am living in puerto rico and I have a 2007 Dodge nitro, which has a recall, under body transmission tunnel shield 05/24/2013 incomplete I went to cabrera motors where I purchased the car so I can get the recall fixed. I went on july 11, 2013, and was told the part would be in 2 weeks. Here we are august 20, 2013 and still no part. I've called many times and every time I call I'm told the part is not in. I need my vehicle to move and I have my family in it. If a car is recalled it is due to a safety concern. Please help.”
