Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The drivers seat belt did not tighten up during an accident and I bounced off the steering wheel a couple of times. The seat belt had not tighten up after reaching for the radio controls or a drink, hung out the door when shutting it, but would always tighten up once janked on a couple of times. Never thought it would not work during an accident.”
