“Front end vibration loose steering. Over 60mph very bad vibrating almost feels as if the truck was being pushed one way and going the other. Braking also causes the steering to wooble or pull depending on the speed, when hitting bumps in the road way is the worst I never know where I may end up. All highway and turning into companies I use it as a sales vehical”

NHTSA complaint #10908020, filed 2016-09, 40,000 miles

“While driving down the highway doing 65 MPH, I accidentally bumped my ignition with my knee and turned off the vehicle. I did notify Dodge of this via their website but did not get a response. I drive a 2012 RAM 2500 and noticed it was not on the list for the ignition recall. I believe it should be looked into, I would hate for there to be a fatality because of this oversight.”

NHTSA complaint #10747713, filed 2015-08, 400 miles

“Front end has popping noise in it. Dealer told me I would have to have steering linkage replace soon. I see there was a recall on my year/model truck but I never received a recall for this problem. Should I not be driving it much because of this recall? This has been ongoing for several years, they just mentioned it in the last time I got it serviced and another recall taken care of. Has done this since I purchased truck new in february of 2012.”

NHTSA complaint #11185749, filed 2019-03, 10 miles

“When acceleration from a start and turing to the right I hear a grinding noise under the dash ..around the engine compartment. Had a recall on this truck less than a year ....... Dealership indicated that this would help ....... The noise still exists and hasn't affected the performance of the truck....... I am more concerned with this noise since the media news on Dodge recalls.......concerned??”

NHTSA complaint #10744061, filed 2015-07, 60,000 miles

“I keep receiving an important recall notice for the left tie rod from chrysler but they will not make enough parts to get it fixed. There last line on the notice is we're sorry for any inconvenience, but are sincerely concerned about your safety . If they really cared about my safety they would make a lot more parts to fix my truck and the other 100 or so that are waiting in northwest montana.”
