Example complaints
Brakes: “The rear brake has never worked properly. Basically, it's useless. I have turned the caliper upside down so the bleed nipple is facing upwards so that any air in the lines will be removed when I change the fluid. I have even used racing brake fluid to no avail. The rear brake has to be pumped a couple of times and them it may engage enough to cause some drag and slowing. This has occurred since I've owned the mc, which I purchased new. …”
NHTSA complaint #11407307, filed 2021-04, 10 milesVehicle speed control: “I have had issues with this motorcycle with the rear brake losing pressure resulting in no rear brake. Since day one of ownership of this motorcycle in 2015 I have to bring it back every year for them to bleed the brakes and charge me. Contact to Ducati initially they said there's nothing they could do about it then before the pandemic they promised they would handle it as a goodwill. When I went to the dealership they told me they knew nothing about it. When I asked if this is a normal occurrence they said yes they've had a few. Also they said that there is no recall at this point. …”
