“I had the headlight bulbs replaced and adjusted. In darker driving conditions, the headlights seam to only light up the trees or road signs. When I change to high beams, the lights seam to be aimed ok. Sometimes I feel like the lights change their height after I've turned the high beams off and on.”

NHTSA complaint #740395, filed 2001-02
