“Lost control of steering wheel. Big safety problems! Unable to control when turns!! The wheel turns back by itself!! Repaired by the dealer once, dealer changed the entire steering system about 2 months ago. Right now it happen again!! And it happens everyday every time when I make the turn!not safe for the driver , not safe for everyone on the road!!”
NHTSA complaint #10854234, filed 2016-04, 17,000 miles“The tire pressure monitoring system has been in a state of malfunction since january 2018, and still is as of this date 08/30/18. A complaint has been filed with Fiat chrysler with no resolution- Fiat chrysler will not even return a phone call. The vehicle has been at the dealership approx. 6 different times for the same issue. In my opinion, this is a very poor business practice for a vehicle manufacturer for a federally mandated safety system.”
