“The contact owns a 2014 (na) Fiat 500L. While driving 40 MPH, the vehicle failed to accelerate when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle was operating as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
