“The contact owns a 2000 Gmc Denali. While driving approximately 25 MPH, another vehicle crashed into the driver's side of the contact's vehicle. Her vehicle was completely destroyed and none of the air bags deployed. As a result, two occupants sustained moderate injuries. The contact has pictures of the incident and a police report was filed. The cause of the failure has not been determined. The failure and current mileages were 117,000.”
