“I was pulling up to park in a parking lot.I had total brake failure. The electronic safety features failed- and there was no stopping the envoy. I slid up the curb and into the building. The mechanic that repaired the envoy has a written report of the safety systems getting stuck half opened and the brake lines braking and there wasn't any fluid in system.”

The contact stated that while driving at 55 MPH, the steering wheel seized and the brakes failed without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 15,000.”
