“I have had my truck back the dealership 8 times for the same problem a vibration that you can feel in the seat steering wheel and gas pedal, they have had the factory engineers out three time and looked and worked on it, first time the engineer did a couple of things and said that it was up to factory specs and that was all he could do, I drove it home and before I was a block away I could tell that they did not fix it, when I got home I called the dealer back and told him so he called GM and the next week they sent out the same guy and this time he worked on 5 or 6 other things that he did…”
NHTSA complaint #10640663, filed 2014-10, 750 miles“I have a 2014 Gmc Sierra slt with power seats. The driver's seat is loose (not the same issue that was recently recalled with manually reclining seats). When you make a sharp turn at speed the drivers seat slides left or right depending on the direction you are turning. There are numerous complaints identical to this one on the forums online and GM claims they have no solution and to speak with the local dealer. My local dealer does not now know what to do and says they cannot fix it. This is a very dangerous situation and could cause an accident! Please have GM fix it or issue a recall!”
