“The contact owns a 2022 GMC Terrain. The contact stated while adjusting the front driver's side seat, the contact became aware that the seat was not properly secured. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer and was informed that the driver’s side seat was stripped. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no additional assistance was provided. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V724000 (Seats). The failure mileage was approximately 1,400.”
