“The contact owns a 2010 Gmc Terrain. The contact stated that the radio display lighting flickered and would not illuminate. There was a recall under NHTSA campaign number: 09v489000 (visibility) that could have been related the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the VIN was not included in the recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000.”
