“I entered the vehicle and sat in the front passenger seat. When I sat down and started to put on my seat belt, I heard a loud pop and the seat became unstable and rocked back and forth. This occurred before the vehicle was in motion. I looked under the seat and noticed a bolt had snapped on the bottom seat frame.”
