Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“With the car is stopped, ignition off, key out, the car will periodically lunge forward while in park. The lunge is always forward and within 5 minutes of turning car off. When I notified the dealer, they flashed new code to the on-board computer. The next time I informed the service department that it was still doing lunging, they stated this is normal . About 3 months ago, I was knocked to the ground when the vehicle lunged forward. I was checking the oil at the time.”
