“After the trailer collapsed, I’m deeply concerned for my children’s safety and the safety of others. Despite raising these issues, the manufacture Grand Design has deflected responsibility and refused to act, even while under warranty. I kindly request immediate attention and a formal response. I previously brought it to Grand Design in Elkhart, Indiana while it was under warranty, but they declined both inspection and repair.
