  Covers: Grand Design Reflection 2024–2027

  Reported issue: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2024-2027 Reflection fifth wheel recreational trailers. The auto detect solar controller may select a 24 volt output when the electrical system is designed for 12 volts. The incorrect voltage may damage the 7-way bulkhead power center and other circuits.

  Possible consequence: While damage to the power center increases the risk of a fire, damage to the electrical system may cause the trailer brakes or exterior lightings to fail, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy: An over-the-air (OTA) software update will be released. Lighting will be inspected and repaired as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 16, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910068.

  Reported issue: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2024 Reflection travel trailers. The electrical wiring may be missing over current circuit protection.

  Possible consequence: Wiring without circuit protection may become damaged and short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.

  Remedy: Dealers will install a 50-amp breaker, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 24, 2024. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910044.

  Reported issue: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2024 Reflection travel trailers. The electrical plug blade openings (narrow hot blade and wider neutral blade) may be reversed on one of the two receptacle outlet faces, which can cause outlet failure.

  Possible consequence: Electrical outlet failure can increase the risk of a fire.

  Remedy: Dealers will replace the incorrect receptacles, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 5, 2024. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910041.
