“I am reporting a potential safety defect involving excessive frame flex and structural failure on a 2018 Grand Design Solitude 384GK fifth-wheel trailer. The RV experienced years of slide-out alignment and operational problems beginning shortly after purchase and Grand Design RV has known about this since then. In September 2023, the bedroom slide unexpectedly extended approximately halfway while the trailer was being towed, creating a significant highway safety hazard. …”
